Sales, Returns & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been delivered.
So Ionic Botanicals handles food-grade, liquid, and ingestible products, including herbs, honey, sea moss, and botanical preparations. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped and delivered, even if unopened.
Once a product has been delivered, we cannot verify whether it has been opened, altered, contaminated, or otherwise handled. For this reason, all delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Delivery & Shipping Exceptions
If an order has not been delivered at all within a reasonable fulfillment period, a refund may be issued only if no items from that order have been received by the customer.
A reasonable fulfillment period is defined as:
• The stated processing and shipping timeframe at checkout plus reasonable delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued for delays alone if:
• The order is actively in transit
• Tracking information has been provided
• Delivery is pending with the carrier
If an order is confirmed as lost, undelivered, or unfulfilled, and no items from that order have been received, we will review the situation and determine whether a refund or reshipment is appropriate.
Partial Deliveries
If part of an order has been delivered, refunds are not issued for delivered items, as food-grade products cannot be returned. Any missing items will be reviewed individually and resolved at our discretion.
Please Review Before Checkout
We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout, especially for:
• Bulk purchases
• Multiple quantities
• Perishable or liquid items
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we may review and determine an appropriate resolution.
