Directions for Use:
Place 3 pieces of Palo Guaco in 3 cups of steamed distilled water and let soak for 30 minutes. Bring the water to a boil, then simmer on low for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Drink one cup twice daily, 4 days a week, for 3 weeks. Take a break during the 4th week, and repeat the process.
Reuse Tip: The same 3 pieces can be reused up to 5 times before discarding.
